Performance Excellence Leadership

The Performance Excellence leadership provides optimal customer support through the administration and operation of the Customer Care Center.  The Performance Excellence team is responsible for the oversight of phone support, technology problem evaluation and resolution, and distribution of technology-related service requests.  The team compiles, reviews, and analyses technology services based on stringent service level agreements and the department's objectives.  Performance objectives are identified, reviewed, and documented to share the department's successful operations.
